What we collect

When you request a review, we collect your email address and business website URL. Hosting and security providers may also process request information such as the time, browser details and network address.

How we use it

We use the information to review your public website, prepare suggestions and respond to you. We also use it to protect the form, diagnose problems and maintain necessary business and security records. We do not sell submitted contact information.

Services that help us operate

Our service providers help host the site, store requests and handle communications. These include Vercel for hosting, Supabase for request storage, Resend for internal email notifications and Google Workspace for business email. Fonts are served directly from this website. If you choose to book a call, Calendly handles that booking under its own privacy policy.

Retention and access

We retain information for the purposes above and applicable legal obligations. Access is limited to the business systems and providers needed to handle your request. We keep necessary suppression records to honor email opt-outs.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Email reach@agilemedialabs.co using the address associated with your request. For marketing opt-outs, reply “unsubscribe” to our email or use its unsubscribe link.
